Can I add grommets, hems or rod pockets?
Yes, we can customize your order as requested. Please note that there may be extra charges for adding special grommets, hems or rod pockets.
Can I request special grommet spacing?
Yes, we can place grommets according to your specifications—simply specify your desired grommet spacing in your order details, or by sending us a message.
How long does it take to make a custom order?
Custom orders take approximately 1-2 weeks to complete.
How do I place a custom order?
You can send us a message through our contact page to place a custom order or receive a price quote.
How do I pay for my custom order?
We’ll send you an invoice which will take you directly to our checkout page.
Can I cancel my custom order?
Yes, we can cancel your custom order if we haven’t begun sewing it. Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to custom orders once they’re in the process of being made.
Can I return or exchange a custom order?
Unfortunately, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please be sure to double-check your measurements before placing your order, and contact us for assistance if you have any questions regarding your measurements.
Do custom orders come with a warranty?
We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on custom orders (on craftsmanship, and not normal wear and tear). Custom orders covered by our warranty will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Special designs and sizes exceeding 16 x 16 x 16 feet, 8 x 22 feet or 10 x 13 ft are not covered by our warranty.
Why is my custom order different from the measurements I provided?
Since custom orders are cut and sewn by hand, measurements may vary slightly. Please allow for variations of around 2-4 inches. These variations are rarely noticeable after installation.
Privacy screens and panels are laid flat and pulled taut before cutting to match the measurements provided to us. As a result, they may appear slightly shorter after sewing but should perform as expected when installed.
